Gary is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Wade has been employed with the ARD Appraisal Company for the past four years. Mr. Wade matriculated at the University of Colorado at Boulder and he graduated in 2004 with a degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Geography. He is currently an associate member of the Appraisal Institute where he is actively pursuing the MAI designation. He has successfully completed Appraisal Institute courses required to obtain the MAI designation.
While our primary service area and experience is throughout the NY - NJ - PA metropolitan region, including New Jersey’s Bergen County, Essex County, Passaic County, Hudson County, Union County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County; Philadelphia to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania cities; and Manhattan’s New York City boroughs, we have conducted numerous portfolio property appraisals for commercial real estate appraisal clients nationwide.
