Kevin Hartong

Kevin has been a member of ARD Appraisal Company since 1998.
Mr. Hartong graduated from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey and received a Bachelor's Degree in Administration from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business. After several years as an apprentice and associate appraiser under the supervision of William and Patrick Ard, Mr. Hartong received his license as a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in 2004. He has been an Associate Member of the Metro New Jersey Chapter of the Appraisal Institute since the Year 2000 and is currently following their curriculum for candidacy for MAI designation.
While our primary service area and experience is throughout the NY - NJ - PA metropolitan region, including New Jersey’s Bergen County, Essex County, Passaic County, Hudson County, Union County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County; Philadelphia to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania cities; and Manhattan’s New York City boroughs, we have conducted numerous portfolio property appraisals for commercial real estate appraisal clients nationwide.
