Mr. Copeland has over 10 years experience working exclusively in the valuation of multi-family properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic States and the northeast region of the United States. On a weekly basis Mr. Copeland and his team prepares market valuations and in depth market condition analysis for some of the largest lenders in the multi-family lending industry.
While our primary service area and experience is throughout the NY - NJ - PA metropolitan region, including New Jersey’s Bergen County, Essex County, Passaic County, Hudson County, Union County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County; Philadelphia to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania cities; and Manhattan’s New York City boroughs, we have conducted numerous portfolio property appraisals for commercial real estate appraisal clients nationwide.
