James graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2001 with a degree in Business Administration. Currently, he is enrolled in the MBA of Real Estate program at Monmouth University and will graduate in December of 2009. James is currently an associate member of the Appraisal Institute where he is actively pursuing the MAI designation. He has successfully completed Appraisal Institute courses required to obtain the MAI designation.
While our primary service area and experience is throughout the NY - NJ - PA metropolitan region, including New Jersey’s Bergen County, Essex County, Passaic County, Hudson County, Union County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County; Philadelphia to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania cities; and Manhattan’s New York City boroughs, we have conducted numerous portfolio property appraisals for commercial real estate appraisal clients nationwide.
