Joseph Traks is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in NY, CT, MA, NJ & PA and holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. As President of Ard Appraisal, Joseph offers his clients extensive personal experience in the valuation of investment-grade properties including shopping centers, industrial facilities, multi-family dwellings, office and mixed use buildings, land, subdivisions and new construction. He also oversees the firm's specialty appraisal services which include schools, religious facilities, self-storage, lodging, marinas, and horse farms. Mr. Traks graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Finance in 2008. He went on to receive a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU’s School of Continuing & Professional Studies in 2009 and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Valuation from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011.
